Maintenance Electrician

The role is a permanent position, Mon-Fri 40 hours per week.
Salary: up to £38,000
Working hours: 8am – 5 pm

Call out: 1 in 4 with a £100 standby, min 4 hours.

Maintenance Electrician:
50% planned maintenance and 50% reactive maintenance.
60% electrical/40% building services.
Working on commercial lighting, power, sockets checking all the AHU's, FCU's, and any other building services.
Connecting ring mains, power supply to mobile units, distribution boards, car park lighting, plant rooms.
Lighting and emergency lighting
Compliance checks
Ensure all tasks are risk assessed through site specific or dynamic risk assessments
Monitor the BMS
Continuously review the systems and identify areas for improvement and energy reduction
Diagnose faults effectively and make good whenever possible.
Overlap with Mechanical, HVAC and fabric where needed
Electrical small works
Lifecycle repairs
Requirements:
Qualified Electrician (Level 3 or Part 1&2)
Experience of PPM and reactive maintenance works
Plant room experience
