£62,000 - £67,000 plus bonus
40 hours per week

On behalf of my client, a large and highly reputable UK care provider, I am currently recruiting for a home manager in Aberdeen. The appropriate candidate will have a wealth of management experience and an active NMC pin. My client are looking to welcome a compassionate individual who will lead a successful team of care professionals to care for all involved in the organisation by creating and maintaining strong relationships with both staff, residents and their families.


Responsibilities

*Smooth running of the care home taking responsibility for all operational functions
*Staffing - appraisals, training,
*Budgeting, reporting and planning
*Ensuring staff are trained to provide quality personalised care
*Take part in activities with the residents



Requirements
*Active NMC pin
*Strong management and operational experience within a care home setting
*Driving license and access to own vehicle
*Compassionate and caring attitude towards residents and staff
*Positive outlook and supportive nature
