This particular role is at our Bakkavor Spalding site, which employs over 1,470 people across 3 manufacturing facilities & 1 Distribution Centre. We specialise in making hand crafted sandwich wraps, salads, dips, soups & sauces and mayonnaise.
About the role.
This role is crucial part of our technical team. Ideal candidate will need to work closely with various departments and be able to collaborate on various levels. Attention to details and ability to work with various system will be very important.

About the role.
This role is crucial part of our technical team. Ideal candidate will need to work closely with various departments and be able to collaborate on various levels. Attention to details and ability to work with various system will be very important.
Accountabilities:
- Quality Management Systems: To complete all admin on time and accurately and ensure that all relevant paperwork is filed and archived to support due diligence.
- Quality Management Systems: Administration of site Quality Management System and associated control documents including relevant factory paperwork.
- Customer Management: Administration of customer complaints and analytical results (micro & nutritional), including trending and reporting of data.
- Audit: Administration of other technical systems e.g. calibration, internal audit, micro & nutritional testing, GMP audits, glass and plastic audit schedules as required by the business.
- KPI: Co-ordination of Technical KPIs and subsequent generation of internal and external reports.
- Customer Management: General office duties, e.g. documentation management and control, maintenance of Technical team equipment requirements, administration of ordering and receipts for purchases / repairs, assisting in the preparation of customer site visits.
- Health and Safety: To operate in a safe working manner and support the site/business on continuous improvement relating to heath, safety and the environment
- Previous administration experience
- Database handling
- Ability to work efficiently with various IT systems
- Excel proficiency
- Attention to details
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- MI's and KPI's handling
