We have an exciting opportunity for experienced Production Operators working for a top performing surface technology company in Swindon

About the Role

• You will be working in a busy production environment on the preparation of components prior to coating
• Ensuring standard operating procedures and job safety analysis are adhered to at all times
• Finishing the components post coating using finishing processes
• Cleaning and maintaining work are and equipment

About You

• Machining operations or manufacturing experience is required
• You have good practical skills and the ability to work quickly and methodically
• You have a demonstrable ability to deliver responsibilities in line with safety, quality and productivity targets
• Have good strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
