Location: Locks Heath /Southampton
Salary Range: £90-120 per day (Depending on experience)

Essential Skills and Qualities that we are looking from you:

• Supervise students during teacher absences and ensure they engage in educational activities.
• Deliver pre-set lesson plans across a variety of subjects.
• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Support students in completing their work to the best of their ability.
• Report on class progress and any issues to teaching staff.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Confidence in supervising and engaging with students.
• Ability to follow pre-set lesson plans and instructions.
• Flexibility and adaptability to cover various subjects.
• A passion for education and supporting students' learning progress

What We’re Looking For: To thrive in these roles, you should:

• Have the right to work in the UK.
• Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from the last two years.
• Possess a DBS registered to the update service or be willing to apply for one through GSL Education.
