An Administrator is required to join a Logistics & Shipping team on an ongoing temporary basis at their manufacturing site based near Redditch. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a successful organisation, with the potential for professional development and training towards a Shipping Coordinator role.

Supporting the Shipping Supervisor as an Administrator you will be -

• Handling incoming calls/making outbound calls; speaking to transport teams, freight forwarders, production etc
• Ensuring all systems are kept up to date with accurate information
• Booking transport, processing delivery notes & PO's
• Ordering items required for the dispatch department
• Assisting with the preparation of shipping documentation

Ideally, any experience with the below is beneficial -

• Working in a process-driven environment within manufacturing or engineering etc
• Exposure to logistics, export/import and/or shipping departments
• Excellent IT skills, confident with using CRM systems ie. SAP
• Strong communication skills

On offer for this Administrator role -

• Ongoing temporary position to start November 2024, with potential to move into a permanent role within the team
• Starting rate of £12.00p/h+ (dependent on experience)
• Monday - Friday office-based hours (37.5 per week)
• Immediate start following a successful interview
