Location: Neurological Rehabilitation Centre, Daventry
Position: Support Worker (Days and Nights)
Join our compassionate and committed team as a Support Worker at a specialized Neurological Rehabilitation Centre in Daventry. We are looking for individuals passionate about providing high-quality care to support patient rehabilitation and well-being.
Details:- Pay Rate: £11.44 - £12.50 per hour (depending on experience and shift type)
- Shifts: Flexible day and night shifts available
- Experience in a neurological or healthcare setting is desirable
- PMVA Certification (Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression) is required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Empathy and a caring approach towards patients and their needs
- Provide day-to-day support for patients undergoing neurological rehabilitation
- Assist patients with daily activities, ensuring their comfort and safety
- Work alongside nurses and other healthcare professionals in implementing care plans
- Use PMVA techniques to maintain a safe and therapeutic environment
