Job Title: Multi-Skilled Plumber

Location: York Road, Client Head Office

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary: £32,000 (negotiable)

About the Role:
Join one of the UK’s largest facilities management companies as a Multi-Skilled Plumber, working at a prominent client’s head office on York Road. You’ll play a vital role within a dedicated team of 8 engineers, ensuring the smooth operation of plumbing systems and contributing to other maintenance tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality commercial plumbing maintenance and repair tasks, responding effectively to reactive and planned work orders.
• Conduct installations, repairs, and inspections to ensure plumbing systems operate efficiently and safely.
• Provide some basic electrical and joinery support; skills in these areas are highly desirable.
• Work collaboratively within a team of engineers to deliver outstanding service to our client, maintaining strong communication and teamwork.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations while maintaining quality standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualification: Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent.
• Experience: Proven experience in commercial plumbing, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
• Skills: Basic electrical and joinery skills are a plus.
• Teamwork: A collaborative attitude and commitment to working seamlessly with a team of engineers.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on maintaining high standards in workmanship and safety.
