The Role:

• £53,800 + Bonus (£1000) + Share Scheme + Pension (18% total) + Hols (23 days)
• Shift: 3on / 3off (7am – 7pm / 7pm – 7am) --- rotating
• Reporting into an Engineering Team Lead you will work within a large Engineering team.
• You will be tasked with carrying out unplanned and planned maintenance.
• The role will be less focused on being reactive and will focus on making continuous improvements.
• There will be an element of coaching less experienced members of the team.

The Person:

• You will have previously worked in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Multi-skilled – either bias.
• Be a natural problem solver who has a mind for getting to the root cause of issues.
• An appreciation for continuous improvement.
• Must be either apprenticeship qualified or hold an engineering based NVQ level 3 or better.
