Are you a time served Engineer with experience on Condition Monitoring equipment or similar, looking for a managerial role for a market leading, global business?

Are you looking to take a step up into management, with a clear route to progress, a competitive package and the opportunity to move away from the tools and regular overseas travel?

Working for a market leading global business, you'll manage the project lifecycle for the installation and build of various Condition Monitoring devices in Industrial and Power Generation environments.

This company is a driving force in the Naval, Marine, and Defence sectors. Collaborating closely with leading OEMs and household names, they have an excellent reputation and having recently secured major lucrative contracts, are looking towards a bright and profitable future.

This position would suit an Engineer who has experience installing or maintaining Condition Monitoring equipment, who is looking for a managerial role, with the opportunity to broaden their skillset further.

DUTIES
* Oversee the manufacture, build and installation of CM devices
* Support with commercial side of the business unit, supporting with P&L etc
* Identify key areas for improvement, supporting business growth

PERSON
* A background in maintaining or commissioning Condition Monitoring equipment
* Time served engineer, or a technical person who has worked with Motors / Generators
* Looking for a role in management, moving away from the tools
