Sales Office Manager
Our client is a market leading manufacturer for the construction industry and they're looking to appoint a Sales Office Manager as the business continues to grow.
About the Role:
- Inputting customer orders and purchase sales orders from suppliers
- Interacts with directors and carries out their requests
- Maintains accurate records including but not limited to training matrix etc.
- Keeping the office in a tidy and organised manner
- Liaising with both client and team
- Reporting to the commercial director
- Managing the sales teams
- Ensuring a smooth project from manufacturing to installation
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans that expand a company’s customer base and solidify its presence
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing sales teams and by assessing the teams’ strengths and weaknesses
- Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
- Building and promoting healthy, long-lasting customer relations by partnering with them
- Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies and programmes to capture key demographics
About you:
- Confident and able
- Must be computer literate
- Extremely well organised
- Experience in running an office environment
- Good interpersonal skills for communication
- Experienced in managing teams
