Fabulous opportunity for a Talented Project Manager with a background on prime residential new builds

We are working alongside a premier provider of construction services to the luxurious residential homes, landmark and heritage building sectors across London and the South East. With discerning clients who demand perfection, they deliver world class beautiful home, stunning landmarks and modern facilities. The schemes involve both new build and structural refurbishments always incorporating the finest materials. They are currently resourcing a role for a talented Project Manager.

The Project Manager will be based on a £35m prime residential new build in the Hertfordshire countryside. The Project Manager will contribute at the highest level with regards to responsibility for delivery of the project safely, on time and to the client’s satisfaction. The Project Manager will ensure that during the project all aspects of safety, environmental, quality, technical and commercial management issues are implemented and maintained, whilst building a close relationship with the client. The Project Manager will drive and motivate the site team to create the best possible finishes.

Our client is looking for someone that can communicate well (good client skills), experienced at managing subcontractors, as well as maximising and getting the best out of the direct labour. The Project Manager will have a background and be extremely competent at bringing in a project to time, quality and budget. Other pre requisites are:

• Main contracting background, with an eye for detail.
• Ideally experience of project managing high end builds and capable of reading all on-site drawings.
• Project Manager must have experience of formulating precise short and long term programmes
• Strong management and communication skills
• Commercially and technically competent
• Comfortable with managing meetings and dealing with the client and their representatives.
