UX Designer

Dcoded are seeking a creative and user-focused UX Designer to play a pivotal role in enhancing the digital experience for a platform that’s redefining the mortgage and financial services industry. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact by designing intuitive, effective, and visually compelling user journeys for customers and professionals alike.

As a UX Designer, you’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to create seamless, engaging interactions. You’ll be responsible for understanding user needs, designing wireframes and prototypes, and conducting user research to guide decisions that align with our vision of simplifying complex financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• User Research: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to uncover insights that will inform design decisions, improve user flows, and enhance overall satisfaction.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes that communicate design concepts effectively and support the iterative design process.
• Design Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and developers to translate business and user needs into cohesive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Continuous Improvement: Leverage user feedback and analytics to refine and improve designs over time, ensuring the platform evolves in line with user needs and market trends.
• Consistency in Design: Ensure all design components follow established guidelines and contribute to a consistent, cohesive visual identity.
• Responsive Design: Design for multiple devices and screen sizes, with a focus on delivering responsive, accessible experiences.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UX Designer, preferably with experience in SaaS or fintech products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work that demonstrates the ability to simplify complex interactions and create engaging user experiences.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
