Teaching Personnel’s PWR Team are seeking a qualified and experienced SENCO to join an outstanding school in Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual to lead and develop the school’s SEN provision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the identification, assessment, and provision of support for pupils with SEN
• Leading and managing the SEN department
• Working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external agencies
• Ensuring compliance with SEN legislation and guidelines

Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Proven experience as a SENCO + NASENCO Award
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for inclusive education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
