About the Role: As our Lead ASHP Installer, you’ll be taking the reins on exciting installations across various projects, ensuring each job is completed to the highest standard. You’ll bring your expertise in Air Source Heat Pump systems, mentoring junior installers, and contributing to the seamless delivery of services. Your leadership skills will be vital as you help drive our success forward in this fast-evolving industry.

What we’re looking for:

• Qualified in Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP)
• Proven experience in ASHP installations, with a strong technical background
• Leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor junior installers
• Passionate about renewable energy and sustainability
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence

Package:

• Salary: £50,000 per annum
• Van and fuel card
• Quarterly bonus
• 22 days holiday
• Occasional night away (hotels paid for and £50 a night stays away bonus)
• Training and progression routes.
