Berry Recruitment are searching for an experienced Lettings/Property Manager to join a busy, well established Lettings & Estate Agents in Peterborough.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee lettings performance.
  • Develop annual business plans to increase revenue and expand the portfolio.
  • Ensure compliance with procedures and deliver high-quality service.
  • Lead and motivate your team, fostering strong internal and external relationships.
  • Manage rent rolls, conduct regular rent reviews, and perform property valuations.
  • Prepare and update marketing materials for properties.
  • Support the Property Management Team.

About You:

  • Proven experience in estate agency with local market knowledge.
  • Target-oriented with a strong track record.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Full clean driving licence and own vehicle.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 18:00; alternate Saturdays, 09:00 to 16:00
