Working Hours

Times will vary depending on requirements, but hours are generally Monday to Friday.

You can choose shifts you would like to work depending on your availability.

Main Responsibilities

These will vary depending on a role, however daily tasks may include:

- Providing enthusiastic and friendly service to customers

- Taking orders and upselling products

- Preparing hot beverages

- Serving food and beverages (including alcohol)

- Helping to manage queues

- Cash-handling and till work

- Cleaning down workstations and tables

Requirements

- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred

- Confidence when interacting with people

- Enthusiastic & energetic

- Excellent teamwork skills

- Good initiative when working
