You will be working with a Housing Association based in the southern region of Essex as a Building Surveyor.
They’re in need of a Building Surveyor to look after responsive repairs which includes diagnosing damp and mould, inspecting insurance claims, mutual exchanges
Your hourly rate as a Building Surveyor will be £35 - £37 per hour on a 6 month interim contract. Following this, giving everyone is happy, the post will go permanent.
2-3 days of your week will be spent on site for inspections or contractor meetings, this will vary depending on your workload. The other days that you allocate for admin duties are encouraged to be spent at home.
