Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in accordance with the curriculum, catering to students’ individual learning needs.
• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, adapting teaching strategies to improve outcomes.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages respect, motivation, and a love for learning.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring all students can participate in a safe and supportive setting.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure each child’s educational and personal development.
• Contribute to extracurricular activities and school events to enhance the wider school community.
• Support the pastoral care of students, contributing to their overall well-being and development.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A recognised teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent).
• Proven experience teaching at primary or secondary levels (open to subject specialisms).
• A passion for education and a commitment to providing an exceptional learning experience for all students.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and inspire students.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to teaching.
• A positive and adaptable attitude, with a desire to contribute to the wider school community.
