Position: Senior Administrator
Location: Nottingham
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Salary: £30k - £32k
Are you an experienced Administrator with a background in Financial Services? We're looking for a Senior Administrator to join our client, where you'll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly and ensuring top-notch service for their clients.
What you'll bring:
- Oversee administration workflows and ensure smooth processes
- Communicating with a wide range of clients and providers
- Collaborating with the team to develop tailored proposals that meet client needs
- Processing rebalancing, fund switches, contribution, withdrawals
- Carrying out general admin and compliance for both new and existing business
- Supporting the training and development of other coworkers
- Managing and maintaining client database
- Ensuring accurate client records, valuations, and reports
Skills and Experience:
- Financial Services experience (this is a must!)
- Exceptional organisational, time management, and customer service skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to evolving business needs
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills
- Prior experience using various platforms such as abrdn Wrap, Quilter, Royal London
