Our Property Division - TeamSales, recruits for leading national property developers and contemporary niche builders, Estate Agents and Housing Associations across England. This together with a clear strategy for maximising sales and developing new business opportunities has made us the successful organisation we are today.  Teamsales are based in Primrose Hill near Camden.

Our TeamBMS division have over 20 years of experience within the BMS sector with considerable experience in recruiting for BMS requirements for major projects. These projects included 22 Bishopsgate, Battersea Power Station, Crossrail, AstraZeneca, The Shard, Heathrow Terminal 5, 20 Fenchurch Street, Wembley Stadium, White City, Olympic Stadium and many more. TeamBMS are based in Burgess Hill, West Sussex.

​Ideal Candidate:

We are particularly interested in experienced Recruitment Consultants, Resourcers, or graduates that are looking to develop their career in recruitment. We will also consider candidates that have worked in High End retail or estate agency if they have a solid and steady background and evidence of achieving sales targets.

You will need to demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills. Teamwork is absolutely key to the success of the teams, as is the ability to multitask effectively and to keep your cool under pressure. A sense of humour helps enormously! We are looking for candidates who are ambitious, target driven with the ability to build strong business relationships with clients and candidates alike.

NB: Please note this is not a fully fledged HR role and therefore we are not looking for HR related qualifications for this position. This is a heavily focussed recruitment sales role.

​A brief summary of the role:

• Sourcing candidates using various methods including our website, job boards and LinkedIn. Producing and posting job adverts that attract appropriate candidates
• Screening and interviewing job applicants to evaluate their skills and experience (All compliance is looked after by our recruitment administrator)
• Using our recruitment database. Updating candidate and client information and using all the search tools available to you.
• Ensuring that potential candidates are an excellent match for our clients and roles
• Building strong relationships with our vast client base and making sure that you follow all processes to ensure you deliver excellent customer service
• Meeting with new clients to develop and expand business opportunities. Attending new site launches etc.

Essential requirements

Previous recruitment OR target driven sales experience

References available from previous relevant experience

Ability to work in the UK without requiring visa sponsorship

Live within less than an hours commute of required location

Willingness to be based fully on site at either NW1 (Camden) OR Burgess Hill, West Sussex
