We are an award-winning, independent car supermarket, stocking over 400 high-quality used vehicles. As an AA-accredited dealer, we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and providing a great working environment for our team.

The Role
As the Workshop Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading our workshop team, ensuring a collaborative environment, and focusing on delivering quality repairs with a “First time fix” attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the scheduling of vehicle preparation for retail sales.
• Ensure customer warranty issues are resolved promptly.
• Maintain daily quality control checks.
• Order parts, compare prices, and manage costs for outsourced work.
• Supervise workshop staff, providing guidance and support.
• Ensure workshop cleanliness and that all diagnostic equipment is operational.
• Liaise with the daily operations team and attend management meetings when necessary.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in automotive workshop management.
• Proven ability to lead a team and drive a culture of quality.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
• A full, valid driving license.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm. Saturdays, 8:30 am – 1 pm, on a rota basis.
