My client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Concierge to be based in London. As a Concierge you will provide a friendly and personable experience for all who work at the offices or visit the firm. 
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist with a warm and welcoming demeanour.
• Provide information
• Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customers needs are met promptly.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about services and amenities.
• Assist in arranging special events, tours, and activities for customers 
• Ensure the lobby and concierge desk area are well-maintained and organised.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or hospitality setting is required.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus.
• Impeccable grooming and presentation.
