We are recruiting a Production Operative to join a well-established, family-run business located on the outskirts of Norwich, Norfolk. This permanent position offers direct employment from day one within a supportive work environment.

We are recruiting a Production Operative to join a well-established, family-run business located on the outskirts of Norwich, Norfolk. This permanent position offers direct employment from day one within a supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate machinery to ensure optimal quality and output.
- Perform quality checks during production.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Take samples of finished products to assess quality.
- Provide cover for team members during night shifts as needed.
- Able to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically capable of handling ingredients up to 25kg.
- Detail-oriented with strong written communication skills.
- Previous experience in shift work, including night shifts, is preferred.
- Manufacturing or forklift experience is advantageous.
- Must have access to reliable transport to commute to work.
- Basic rate: £13.70 per hour, with enhanced overtime rates for additional hours.
- Enhanced overtime rates: mid-week, Saturdays, and Sundays.
