This role of Clinical Lead Nurse is to work 40 hours per week on days, and offers a competitive salary of £24 per hour, which equates to approximately £50,000 per annum, including paid breaks.

As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will:
- Ensure the highest standards of clinical care for residents.
- Supervise and lead the nursing and care team.
- Make clinical decisions and remain calm under pressure.
- Promote best nursing practices and mentor others.
- Manage audits, safeguarding, DOLS, CQC, and compliance.
The Clinical Lead Nurse position comes with an attractive package, including:
