Would you like to join a rapidly growing design and build contractor and work on designing projects across the globe?

Our client specialises in designing and constructing cleanrooms both within the UK and abroad - they work across various sectors such as the life sciences, pharmaceutical and aerospace industries.

We are looking for a driven individual with strong experience using Revit to produce 3D models and 2D drawings. We are keen to speak with candidates who have worked for contractors, consultants and architectural practices - as long as you have experience using Revit.

The salary on offer is negotiable between £30-45k and the role is a permanent full time position. This role is a hybrid position with 1-2 days WFH and the rest the week based at the Haverhill HQ.

Role Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience using Revit (Arch/MEP/Structure) 
  • Experience using AutoCAD is preferred but not essential
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with cleanroom/controlled environment design is a plus but not required
  • Strong team player, organized, driven, and great communicator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Producing and reviewing 3D models and 2D drawings using Revit and also producing associated technical documentation
  • 3D design and coordination of complex projects
  • Conducting client design meetings
  • Performing clash checks and leading design communications
