A leading player in the sector is currently looking for a Engineering Manager to join their growing team across their Central region team where you will oversee the performance and development of a dedicated team of engineers, helping them meet business and client needs.

As the Engineering Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in the following:

• Acting as the first point of contact for your team, managing attendance, conduct, and scheduling of work.
• Ensuring the coordination and compliance of health and safety standards.
• Managing the financial performance of your sites, including P&L and invoicing.
• Supporting team development through structured performance reviews and training programs.

To be successful in the role of Engineering Manager, you’ll bring the following skills and experience to the role:

• Proven leadership skills, ideally from within BMS, Engineering, M&E, HVAC, Air Conditioning, or Hard Services industries.
• A minimum of 3 years’ management experience.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
