About the role:
This part-time EYFS Teacher role offers a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team dedicated to nurturing young minds at the start of their educational journey. Beginning in January 2025, you’ll be guiding children through their crucial early years, laying the foundation for their future learning with a play-based, interactive approach. You’ll be working closely with fellow teachers and support staff, contributing to an environment where every child feels valued, safe, and motivated to explore and grow.
Application Requirements:
To be considered, you should have:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Proven experience working within the EYFS framework.
• A passion for early years education and a child-centered approach to learning.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
• An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver engaging lessons that inspire curiosity and learning.
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports social and emotional development.
• Work closely with parents and carers, maintaining regular communication to share progress and achievements.
• Use a range of assessment tools to track student progress and adapt your teaching accordingly.
• Support and guide Teaching Assistants and collaborate with colleagues to implement effective strategies.
