Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the strategic direction for all adult learning initiatives.
• Lead curriculum design and delivery to ensure relevant, flexible, and impactful programs.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and meet community and industry needs.
• Manage and support a team of educators and administrative staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and evaluate program outcomes to maintain high educational standards.
• Secure and manage budgets, resources, and partnerships to support program growth.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in educational leadership, particularly in adult education or a related field.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and best practices.
