To set moulds on a day to day/shift basis, ensuring machines are set to agreed standards.

Products are manufactured to the correct cycle times, quality, packed to specification, correctly labelled and operating to the planning requirements.

Setting of machines and processes, including trialling of new tools, in conjunction with Project Manager/ Technical Department

To complete all documentation in line with the requirements of QS9000 & ISO9002

Start up and shut down of operations including ancillary equipment & services.

Setting of moulding machines, ancillary equipment, and associated processes for the manufacture of products to agreed cycle times

3 shift patten 1 week of Nights Sun to Thurs 10pm til 6am, 1 week of days 6am – 2pm, 1 week of afternoons 2pm – 10pm

  • Salary would be up to 36k depending on experience
  • After 3 month probation we have benefits such as health shield, company pension 3%
  • Overtime on weekends Sat paid at 1.5, Sun double time
  • Must have plastic injection molding experience
  • Use of overhead Cranes also required – training will be provided
