Seeking a driven and proactive Sales Account Manager to join our client's team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious B2B salesperson eager to expand their career within a dynamic, well-established Doncaster-based company. Specialising in bespoke communication products across key sectors, particularly in the construction and highway industries, our client is looking for someone who is ready to make a tangible impact and has a passion for sales.

Role Overview

As a Sales Account Manager, you will:

• Develop and maintain your own customer base focused on sales and rental opportunities
• Use your initiative and creativity to target and generate leads, particularly within the construction, highway, and rail industries
• Leverage comprehensive in-house training to become a subject matter expert in the company's varied product portfolio

This role offers uncapped earning potential and a clear commission structure that kicks in after your initial training.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the rail or construction sector
• Strong ability to work independently and proactively build client relationships
• Enthusiastic, motivated, and driven to achieve results
• Innovative mindset, capable of approaching challenges creatively
• Experience or familiarity with the rail industry is highly preferred

Benefits and Package

• Competitive Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 DOE + Uncapped commission
