Salary: Circa £55K OTE – uncapped commission

Rhodium Consulting is recruiting for a Sales Executive with experience in either the new or used car sales to join and established and prestigious dealership, where the customer experience in paramount from initial contact and through the entire sales process.
You will be a part of an ambitious and supportive team and work in an environment whereby success is both celebrated and rewarded.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Consultation: Conduct personalised consultations to understand customers' preferences, lifestyle, and financial considerations.
- Product Demonstration: Provide detailed vehicle demonstrations, showcasing features, specifications, and the benefits of the brand.
- Build Relationships: Cultivate lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay Informed: Maintain deep knowledge of current vehicle models, features, trims, and any upcoming releases.
- Market Awareness: Be aware of competitor products and industry trends, positioning the brand effectively.
- Present the Brand Experience: Create a luxurious, engaging environment that aligns with the high-end brand's image.
