Stroud Resourcing is recruiting for a Lead Ward Nurse (RGN) to join a friendly and ambitious private hospital based in Greater London. This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week across 5 days, Monday – Friday plus occasional weekends. With no on-call and no bank holidays this role also offers a great work-life balance and comes with a generous salary of £54,237 plus excellent benefits package.

It’s an incredibly exciting time to be joining this premium private hospital, they’ve recently renovated their patients’ rooms and have plans to open a new day surgery centre. Its facilities include over 100 beds, 5 operating theatres, a 6 bedded ITU, JAG Accredited endoscopy suite, state-of-the-art diagnostics department and more! They offer a variety of surgical services for both adult and paediatric patients including gynaecology, endoscopy, critical care, colorectal, ophthalmology, spinal, orthopaedics and more.
 
In this Ward Sister/Charge Nurse role, you can expect to:

• Offer highly visible and supportive leadership to the ward nurses, working with your team to ensure high levels of customer service and safety.
• Working closely with the Ward Manager you will support the future success and growth of the ward services within the hospital.
• Support team members with professional development and mandatory training needs.

To apply for this Senior Ward Nursing role, you must be a qualified RGN (with current NMC registration) with previous experience as a Band 7 Ward Nurse or Ward Sister/Charge Nurse. We welcome applications from both the NHS and Private Sector.
