Rare and exciting opportunity to join a medium size design led Architectural practice specialising in high end residential, residential developments and commercial projects throughout Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds.
This opportunity would suit an intermediate to experienced level 3D Visualiser experienced with Revit. You will be working on mainly prestigious high end residential projects.
The consultancy are market leaders working across a variety of high end prestigious projects.
Responsibilities
- Producing 3D visualisation drawings
- Producing 3D visualisation modelling
- Using different 3D software for use in planning and marketing
- Representation of project designs ranging from full architectural visualisation through to detailed presentation of single, conceptual objects
- Following the production process from conceptual design through to final rendering and
- Excellent knowledge of 3D Studio Max and Vray software is essential.
- Good knowledge of Lumion, Unreal 4 engine, Revit, Sketchup, Adobe After Effects are all desirable
- Experience of working in an Architectural practice (or related industry) is essential
- Examples of work produced within the last 6-12 months is essential
- Additional work examples (videos/fly throughs etc.) would be desirable
