About the Role:
As an SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting SEND students to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally within an inclusive classroom setting. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to:

• Provide tailored support to SEND students in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Assist in creating effective learning strategies to meet individual educational goals.
• Encourage positive behaviour, engagement, and independence among students.
• Support teachers in monitoring progress and adapting lessons to meet students' needs.
• Establish trusting relationships with students, helping to build their confidence and motivation.

We are seeking someone with a caring, flexible, and patient approach who is dedicated to the well-being and success of young learners. Your experience in an educational setting will enable you to make an immediate impact.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a school or educational role, such as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant.
• Experience supporting students with SEND needs.
• A solid understanding of SEND requirements, with a compassionate and adaptable approach.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Commitment to helping each student reach their potential in a positive, inclusive environment.
