About the Technical Manager job

You will be the company’s senior technical representative to their customers, ensuring satisfaction with the autonomy to deliver to their needs.

Key tasks

• Manage and direct a team of Quality and Technical personnel.
• Help with site audits and trials, specifications and responses to complaints.
• Implement changes to site procedures to improve Technical standards.
• Create an environment of continuous improvement within the team.

About You

Ideally degree educated, you will possess good Technical management experience within a food manufacturing environment. In addition:

• A minimum level 3 in Food Safety and HACCP.
• Raw material and packaging specifications.
• Customer technical management experience.
• BRCGS experience and knowledge.
• Great people management skills.

The Technical Manager job is based in Berkshire and is paying up to £58,000 according to your experience.

The package includes a good holiday allowance plus generous employers pension contribution amongst other great benefits.

The working hours are Monday to Friday, office hours.

This job is commutable from Swindon, Thatcham, Reading, Didcot and Basingstoke.
