Our client, a leading entity in the motorsport sector, is looking for an enthusiastic and focus-driven Electronics Systems Engineer to join their dynamic team.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop bespoke electronics systems.
  • Implement and debug hardware designs, including schematic and PCB layouts.
  • Create embedded software for microcontrollers and microprocessors using Embedded C/C++.
  • Prepare in-depth technical documentation, including system specifications, test plans, and reports.
  • Gather and analyse requirements, guiding the design and development process from conception to deployment.
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including hardware and software engineers.
  • Research and adapt to new technologies and methodologies to meet project demands.
  • Occasionally attend races to support product deployment and handover phases.


Job Requirements:

  • Experience in electronics engineering, with a background in embedded systems development and support.
  • Proficient in Electronics Design, Embedded C/C++, and Linux.
  • Strong skills in systems engineering and in documenting technical requirements, specifications, and test plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor information to various audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Highly motivated, flexible, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Logical approach to problem solving and robust planning skills.
