Job Description:

• Oversee and manage small-scale construction projects from inception to completion
• Overseeing the design management as well as the project management on these small scale schemes
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
• Monitor project progress, budget, and timeline to ensure adherence to company standards
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring a collaborative and efficient work environment
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Oversee a small on-site team
• Projects could be new build or refurbishments
