Regional Facilities Manager -Client Direct - London - Up to £45,000 per annum + £4000 Car Allowance

GH Engage currently have an excellent opportunity to work for a Leading International Property Management company working as a Regional Facilities Manager to support a multi-site portfolio in Central London.

The successful candidate will have vast experience in a role as a Facilities Manager with experience of managing FM service providers, day to day operations of sites and tasks to ensure they are delivered to an exceptional level.

You will have experience of service standards and how to delivery first class customer satisfaction and set up and deliver service level agreements, coupled with the ability to line manage internal & external staff members. Service Charge, Budget & Line Management are essential for this role.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • To manage designated service contracts across the contract
  • Procurement of goods and services
  • To manage the procurement procedures and prepare tender documentation in line with Financial Regulations
  • To manage and monitor the Maintenance and Estate Assistants Service Desk ensuring that jobs are completed within the SLA and customer experience across the Group
  • Act as point of contact for your allocated buildings, managing relationships with customers, suppliers and your team to deliver the target working environment
  • To assist the Head of Estates in the specification and monitoring of the purchasing of materials for all building projects
  • Ownership of external relationship management in relation to the property, ranging from local authorities, neighbouring properties, to the wider community.
  • Regular monitoring of the key performance indicators and taking remedial action as applicable to ensure the required standards are maintained, and continuously improved for the full range of buildings and services
  • Compile and maintain all required management information/records. This includes asset register, emergency plans and all related records and management reports
  • Lead a direct team including full line management of all colleagues within your cluster, encouraging a customer focused culture
  • To Line Manage the Service Desk, Estate Assistants and Maintenance on the estate
  • To lead on Environmental Management and the ISO 14001 Accreditation for the Group
  • Manage contractors ensuring a high standard of work achieved across all Estates
  • Manage and lead change to ensure minimum disruption to core activities
  • Check that agreed work by staff and contractors have been completed satisfactorily and follow up on defects
  • To prepare Bids and Project quotations
  • Projects to be completed on time and within the set budget
