Electrical Shift Engineer

We are on the search for an experienced Electrical Shift Engineer to join our client's team on their flagship site in Westminster, working in a team of maintenance engineers on a large commercial property, offering the chance to progress internally within the organisation, further training and valuable experience working for the largest privately owned Building Service Provider in London. This role will follow a 4 on / 4 off shift system, day shift only, no nights.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be fully qualified in Electrical Installations (City and Guilds / NVQ or equivalent) + 17th Edition minimum , at least 5 years experience prior in similar roles, a client facing attitude and to work well in a team and individually. 

Duties:

• PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
• Electrical Fault-Finding, Single & Three Phase Power, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarms, BMS Operation, HVAC systems, AHUs, FCUs, Generators, UPS Systems, VAV/VRFs, Motor, Pumps, Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc)., Cooling Towers, Pumps & Motors
• Liaise with subcontractors 
• Fill out logbooks and any other relevant documents 
• Respond to client needs 

Requirements:

• City and Guilds qualified in Electrical Installations (C&G / NVQ or equivalent) 
• Apprentice trained and 18th edition - desirable
• Building Services Maintenance experience
• Very Client facing

Salary and Benefits:

• £48,000 - £50,000 per annum
