The Job…

Working as the Sales Beverage Manager you will manage the running of the Sales Team within the Hotel on a day to day operations, by implementing high standards, sales tasks and KPI's with your team for all areas of the Hotel including all dining areas, and corporate meeting rooms. Being a strong Sales Manager and guiding your team into giving an excellent customer experience.

The Person Specification…

• The ideal Sales Manager would come from a strong Hotel management background, quality 4/5 star Hotel employment history
• Assistant Sales Managers will also be considered for the next step up 
• Preferably come from a Sales Hotel background 
• Experience with Rooms Divisions, and M&E / Weddings would be beneficial
• The ability to multi task, and manage multiple Sales strategies.
• Smart, articulate, be computer literate with Micros packages
• Knowledge of Opera & front office systems would be a benefit
• Proactive and organised is essential.
