Are you a Mechanical Project Manager with knowledge of: Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, Gas & BMS.
A competitive salary of £60,000 is on offer for an Mechanical Project Manager local to the Worthing area. You will be joining an established M&E Contractor which has built up a formidable reputation cross the South East.
As an Mechanical Project Manager you will be managing multiple projects at once ranging.
Responsibilities / Experience Needed
- Oversee, manage, and coordinate the controlled and successful delivery of multiple projects.
- Visit project sites regularly to measure progress and resources required to meet programme,
- Mechanical knowledge: Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, Gas & BMS
- Highly competent with Cost management
- Organizing labour
- Managing people on site
- Managing Clients
- Maintaining and building relationships with existing and new clients
- Regular onsite reviews
- Mechanically Qualified
- Full UK Driving License
- Willing to travel
As an Mechanical Project Manager you will receive: competitive salary £60,000 approx, Car Allowance, 23 Days Holiday (plus Bank Holidays), Pension.
