Finishing Manager

We have a role for a Finishing Manager who will lead the installation of trades packages from 1st fix to decoration and handover for a block of 220 new build apartments within a multi-phase residential development beside the Thames in Woolwich.
Reporting to the Block Manager, the successful candidate will lead a four-strong team of supervisors, scheduling works and materials and ensuring high standards of quality, Health & Safety.

Candidate Essentials;
- Ability to deliver all residential finishing packages from 1st fix to hand over.
- NVQ 6, SMSTS and Black CSCS Card.
- A stable career history with Tier One Contractors and Self-Build Developers.
Employment commencement is projected for October and interviews are available from w/c 30th September.
Salary; £55k to £60k + package.
