On behalf of our client, KCS requires a Quantity Surveyor for our project in Radlett, Hertfordshire to start ASAP.
This is a permanent position, working hours are 7.30am – 5.30pm.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the construction and civils industry and live within 1 hour of Radlett.
Your duties will include but not limited to the following:
- Cost estimation
- Cost Control
- Risk Management
- Procurement
- Contract Administration
- Financial Reporting
This position comes with a yearly salary of up to £60’000 and other company benefits such as bonus, holiday pay and pension will be discussed at the interview stage,
