Assistant Manager

£30,000 basic plus £6k bonus

I am looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join a leading provider of solutions that are committed to offering convenient, secure, and for individuals and businesses. The ideal candidate would be a motivated and hard-working Assistant Manager whilst being a key member of the team and will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their needs and helping with tasks when needed.

Responsibilities: 

1. Engage with potential customers and understand their needs and help them in the right way.
2. Be willing to travel to different locations around Yorkshire. 
3. Leasing and Documentation: Assist customers with the leasing process, explain terms and conditions, and accurately complete all necessary paperwork. 

Qualifications: 

1. Extensive sales experience: needs to have a vast amount of experience in previous strong selling roles.
2. Customer Focus: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong focus on providing outstanding customer service. 
3. Organisation: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain a well-organized and clean storage facility. 
4. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computer systems, point-of-sale software, and other technology tools. 
5. Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to think on your feet and find effective solutions to customer inquiries or issues.
