Are you an experienced vehicle technician? Are you a level 3 qualified technician?  Are you a level 3 technician looking for a new role with a long established family run garage based on the outskirts of Gravesend close to the A2?  Do you have your MOT testers qualification too?

This role is working for a family that have been in the industry 25yrs+ and have expanded the business 6yrs ago at a new site.  The business has gone from strength to strength over the years and as well as general servicing and MOT's they also offer sales, finance and servicing of accessible vehicles.  The service centre also offers diagnostics, clutch fitting, tyre replacement, wheel alignment, brakes and air conditioning.

Your responsibilities in this role include:

- Diagnose & repair vehicle systems including brakes, steering, suspension and engine

- Routine maintenance on vehicles such as oil changes, tyre rotations and fluid level checks

- Using diagnostic tools to identify and diagnose mechanical issues

- Test drive vehicles to verify repairs have been completed correctly (So you will have a full clean driving licence to be considered for this role)

- Inspect vehicles for safety and being road worthy 

- Maintain accurate records of work performed 

Naturally as well as your vehicle knowledge and experience, you will be able to offer excellent customer service to clients.  As well as your level 3 qualification you will have time served experience to be considered for this role.

Salary:

£30,000 - £38,0000 basic per year (subject to experience)

Saturday 8am - 1pm (Every other Saturday)
