About the Role: 

As an English Teacher you will: 

• Inspire and challenge students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, delivering engaging and creative lessons that foster a love of English language and literature. 

• Plan and prepare lessons that support students of all abilities to achieve their best. 

• Work collaboratively with the English department to develop innovative teaching practices and share resources. 

• Contribute to the wider life of the school, supporting extracurricular activities, school events, and the Catholic ethos of our community. 

About You: 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable teacher who: 

• Holds a recognised teaching qualification 

• Has a passion for teaching English and a commitment to achieving excellent outcomes for all students. 

• Demonstrates a deep understanding of the English curriculum and effective teaching strategies. 

• Has excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a dedicated team.
